2.2 Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled, as the production process begins immediately.
2.3 The production process ensures your artwork is carefully printed, framed, and packaged for delivery.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 Shipping timelines are provided during checkout and depend on the destination.
3.2 It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
3.3 If an order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, you will need to place a new order.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 All products are custom-made and therefore non-returnable.

4.2 If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery through the form on our “Contact Us” page. Photographic evidence of the issue will be required for resolution.

4.3 Approved claims for defects, damages, incorrect items, or lost shipments may result in a replacement or refund, at our discretion and based on your preference.

4.4 Refunds are not issued for customer-related errors, including incorrect size, color, or design selection, minor color variations, or buyer’s remorse.

5. Exchanges

5.1 We do not offer direct exchanges, as all products are made to order.

5.3 Customers requesting a different size, color, or design must place a new order.

6. Order Cancellations and Modifications
